- A 100% refundable security deposit is payable at the villa upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is incurred during your stay.
- Loud music after 10 p.m. is not permitted in the pool area. However, guests are welcome to enjoy normal volume music inside the villa.
- Bookings must specify the exact number of guests. Any additional guests above double occupancy will incur extra charges.
- No outside guests are allowed without prior notification.
- All illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is permitted on balconies, by the pool, and in open areas.
- Additional services: airport transfers, barbeque arrangements, cook services, and yacht bookings are available at extra costs.
- Cook services: a cook is available at additional charges upon request.
- Any damage incurred during your stay will be your responsibility.
- By booking our villa, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Location
Cancelation Policy
- A 95% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check-in date.
- A 75% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled between 44 to 30 days before the check-in date.
- A 50% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled between 29 to 15 days before the check-in date.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date.
- Lockdown clause: in the event of a lockdown in the city of origin and Goa, a 100% refund on the total booking amount will be provided.
- Peak dates and long weekends: please note that no refund will be provided for bookings made for peak dates and long weekends.
