There are two levels to this modern villa with attached balconies on both levels and ample sunlight, surrounded by lush greenery and coconut trees.

Bedrooms:
- The Villa has 3 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms.
- All rooms have king-size beds.
- A wardrobe or storage is available in all the bedrooms.
- All bedrooms have their balconies and outdoor seating area
Bathrooms:
- The villa has three full bathrooms (one for every room)
- All bathrooms have water heaters and cabin shower areas.
- Toiletries are provided along with Bath towels and hand towels in every bathroom.
- Beach towels are provided separately.
Living room 1:
- A six-seater beautiful dining table.
- A plush five-seater sofa , and a modern armchair.
- Gorgeous Bar / Kitchen counter with bar stools.
- The living room is fully air-conditioned.
- It has a patio/ backyard with lush greenery.
- A Double battery inverter for power backup in case of an outage.
- An ironing stand and a steam iron.
- Bluetooth speaker is provided in the living room.
Living Room 2:
- This living room is the ideal cozy area, use it for family TV viewing or
entertaining as it has a sofa-cum-bed.
- It has a Smart TV.
- Login credentials for Disney Hotstar on the Smart TV are provided.
- The living room is fully air-conditioned.
Kitchen:
- The kitchen has modern appliances, including a kettle, microwave, blender, refrigerator, gas stove, and toaster.
- The kitchen is attached to the living room with a bar/ kitchen counter.
- All the basic cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen. Adequate crockery, cutlery, glasses, and mugs are provided. The Kitchen amenities are provided in a way to make you feel at home.
- Dishwashing utilities are included too.
- A front-load washing machine and Dryer are provided in the kitchen for the guests too.
The Residential Area
- A swimming pool is located in the common area of the community.
- A dedicated parking space is available for guests.
- The gated community has security cameras installed.
- Security guards are available 24*7.
House Rules
- A 100% refundable security deposit is payable at the villa upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is incurred during your stay.
- Loud music after 10 p.m. is not permitted in the pool area. However, guests are welcome to enjoy normal volume music inside the villa.
- Bookings must specify the exact number of guests. Any additional guests above double occupancy will incur extra charges.
- No outside guests are allowed without prior notification.
- All illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is permitted on balconies, by the pool, and in open areas.
- Additional services: airport transfers, barbeque arrangements, cook services, and yacht bookings are available at extra costs.
- Cook services: a cook is available at additional charges upon request.
- Any damage incurred during your stay will be your responsibility.
- By booking our villa, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Location
Cancelation Policy
- A 95% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check-in date.
- A 75% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled between 44 to 30 days before the check-in date.
- A 50% refund on the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled between 29 to 15 days before the check-in date.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date.
- Lockdown clause: in the event of a lockdown in the city of origin and Goa, a 100% refund on the total booking amount will be provided.
- Peak dates and long weekends: please note that no refund will be provided for bookings made for peak dates and long weekends.
