Azul is a 2 storied penthouse with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous lounge room, a living room with Smart TV, terrace-like balconies with hill views and beautiful cozy spaces to make your stay even more memorable.

The space

Azul ( meaning blue in Portuguese and Spanish ) is a spacious, boho-chic, eclectically styled penthouse within a gated community surrounded by lush greenery and a hilltop church view from one of the balconies. There are two levels to this modern apartment, with attached balconies on both levels. The house is bathed in ample natural light, and the windows are wide enough to bring in the surrounding green vistas. Elegant and minimal, every corner of this house displays diverse cultures borrowed from travels around the globe. The carefully chosen art like the sailboats in the living room is a reflection of it being a Mariner’s home. It’s a cheerful, cozy vacation home with all modern amenities and gadgets to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. It’s within a 5 km radius of Candolim beach, all the famous restaurants, and party places, making this a preferred location.

A detailed layout of the penthouse:

Bedrooms:
- The penthouse has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 with attached bathrooms and one with a bathroom just outside the room.
- All rooms have king-size beds.
- A wardrobe or storage is available in two bedrooms and a chest of drawers in the third bedroom.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have nice window sit-outs with scenic views.

Bathrooms:
- The penthouse has three full bathrooms (one for every room)
- A powder room is provided in the living area.
- All bathrooms have water heaters and cabin shower areas.
- Toiletries are provided along with Bath towels and hand towels in every bathroom.
- 2 Beach towels are provided separately.

Living room 1:
- A four-seater beautiful wooden dining table.
- A plush two seater sofa , a modern armchair and a Stylish Wing Chair .
- Gorgeous Bar / Kitchen counter with bar stools.
- A writing Table/ Console with a Stool .
- The living room is fully air-conditioned.
- It has an attached balcony with beautiful views.

Living Room 2:
- This living room is the ideal leisure area , use it for family TV viewing or
entertaining as it opens out to a big balcony with a scenic view .
- It has a Smart TV with a Cable connection (Tata Play).
- Login credentials for Disney Hotstar on the Smart TV is provided .
- The living room is fully air-conditioned.
- It has an attached balcony with a hilltop church view.

Kitchen:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, blender, refrigerator, gas stove, and toaster.
- The kitchen is attached to the living room with a bar/ kitchen counter. It has a three-tier trolley that could be used as a serving station too .
- All the basic cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen. Adequate crockery, cutlery, glasses, and mugs are provided. The Kitchen amenities are carefully planned and provided to make your stay hassle-free.
- Dishwashing utilities are included too.

Utility Room -
A small utility room is provided under the staircase, which has a small storage area, and it houses the following :
- A front-load washing machine with a supply of detergents.
- An ironing stand and a steam iron.
- A Double battery inverter for power backup in case of an outage.
- A fire extinguisher is provided in the house.

The Residential Area
- A swimming pool is located in the common area of the community.
- A dedicated parking space is available for guests.
- The gated community has security cameras installed.
- Security guards are available 24*7.

Guest access

This penthouse is a part of a gated complex with a few more properties. Guests will have access to the entire penthouse, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space.

A caretaker will be there to help you check in and guests need to provide their IDs of all the members travelling.
There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property.
